`GET /projects/{projectId}/comments`

**Required scopes:** `project.source.string` (Read only).

List comments and issues for strings or assets. Use the oneOf pattern:
- **String type**: Use `stringId`
- **Asset type**: Use `fileId`
- **All comments**: Omit both parameters to list all project comments
