AI usage members list

- AiUsageMemberCollectionResource: Base schema of resource container. Container is a wrapper object that contains payload in required `data` property and provides space for adding any other metadata.
  - `data` AiUsageMemberResource[], required
    - `data` AiUsageMember, required
      - `user` object: Organization member the usage and limits below belong to
        - `id` integer: User ID
        - `username` string: User username
        - `fullName` string: User full name
        - `avatarUrl` string: User avatar URL
      - `dailyCostLimit` number, float, nullable: Effective daily AI cost limit in USD. `null` means no limit, `0` means AI usage is blocked for the user. When the organization-wide limit is the lower one, it is shared by all members
      - `dailyCostSpent` number, float: AI cost spent in the current day, in USD
      - `dailyResetAt` string, date-time: Date and time when the daily cost limit resets
      - `monthlyCostLimit` number, float, nullable: Effective monthly AI cost limit in USD. `null` means no limit, `0` means AI usage is blocked for the user. When the organization-wide limit is the lower one, it is shared by all members
      - `monthlyCostSpent` number, float: AI cost spent in the current month, in USD
      - `monthlyResetAt` string, date-time: Date and time when the monthly cost limit resets
  - `pagination` Pagination: Pagination Response Model
    - `offset` integer
    - `limit` integer
