# Clear Glossary

`DELETE /glossaries/{glossaryId}/terms`

**Required scopes:** `glossary` (Read and Write).

Deletes the terms of the glossary. Without a filter every term is deleted; the query parameters narrow it to one language, one concept, or one term and its translations.

Glossary was successfully cleared

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid Request Parameters
- `401`: Unauthorized

- `404`: Glossary, language, or term translation with specified id was not found
- `405`: Method Not Allowed
- `503`: Service Unavailable
