  - `name` string, required: A descriptive name for this saved search (e.g. 'VP Engineering in Netherlands')
  - `search_type` 'people' | 'companies' | 'posts', required: Type of search
  - `parameters` object, required: The search parameters object (same params as search_people/search_sales_navigator_leads/search_sales_navigator_companies/search_companies/search_posts). Example for people: {keyword: 'AI', location: 'Netherlands', seniority_level: ['VP', 'DIRECTOR']}.
