`POST /api/v1/search/saved/{search_id}/run`

- `search_id` string, required

## Request body

- object
  - `from_last_cursor` boolean: If true, resume from where the last run left off (default: false - start fresh)
  - `new_results_only` boolean: If true, return only results that are new since the last time this search was run. Useful for lead discovery workflows.
