`GET /api/v1/search/saved/{search_id}/results`

## Path parameters

- `search_id` string, required

## Query parameters

- `only_new` boolean: If true, return only results new since last check and mark them as seen. Default false.
- `limit` number: Max results to return. Default 10.

- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
