- object
  - `action` 'save' | 'list', required: Which saved-connections operation to perform.
  - `identifier` string: Who to save for action='save'. Accepts provider_id ('ACoAAB...'), slug ('john-doe-123'), or full LinkedIn URL.
  - `notes` string: Optional notes to store alongside a saved connection (action='save').
  - `query` string: Filter by name, headline, company, or title for action='list' (case-insensitive).
  - `skill` string: Filter by skill for action='list' (exact match, case-insensitive).
  - `limit` number: Max results for action='list' (1-100, default 20).
