`GET /api/v1/network/connections`

## Request

## Query parameters

- `keyword` string: Filter connections by name or headline (case-insensitive substring match). Scans up to 500 connections.
- `limit` number: Max number of connections to return (1-100, default 20)
- `cursor` string: Pagination cursor

- `401`: Missing or expired API key
- `403`: Insufficient key scope or permission denied
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
