`GET /api/v1/lists`

## Request

## Query parameters

- `include_archived` boolean: Include archived lists (default: false)
- `limit` number: Max results to return (default 50, max 100)
- `offset` number: Pagination offset (default 0)

- `401`: Missing or expired API key
- `403`: Insufficient key scope or permission denied
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
