  - `name` string, required: Field name (must be unique per user).
  - `kind` 'text' | 'number' | 'date' | 'url' | 'select' | 'multi_select', required: Field type: text, number, date, url, select, or multi_select.
  - `options` string[]: Allowed option values (required for select and multi_select kinds).
