  - `text` string, required: The comment text (max 1250 chars)
  - `parent_comment_id` string: Reply to this specific comment instead of posting a top-level comment. Get comment IDs from list_post_comments.
  - `campaign_id` string: Campaign slug (from list_campaigns) to track this action under.
