  - `reaction_type` 'like' | 'celebrate' | 'support' | 'love' | 'insightful' | 'funny': Type of reaction to add (default: like)
  - `comment_text` string: Optional comment text to leave on the post
  - `campaign_id` string: Campaign slug (from list_campaigns) to track this action under.
  - `max_age_hours` number: Refuse to engage when the latest post is older than this many hours or has no parseable timestamp.
