## Request

## Query parameters

- `topic` string: Optional keyword to filter posts by topic. Only returns posts whose text contains this keyword (case-insensitive).
- `limit` number: Number of posts to return (1-50, default 20)
- `refresh` boolean: Bypass cache and fetch fresh data from LinkedIn (default false)
