# Update ad group

`PATCH /ads/ad-groups/{id}`

## Request

Update ad group budget / bid / schedule.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required

## Request body

  - `platform` string
  - `budget` object
  - `bid_strategy` string

## Response `200`

Updated ad group.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Authentication required
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Resource not found
- `409`: Account not activated for ads (call POST /v1/socials/activate first).
- `422`: Validation error
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded — 600 requests per minute per credential. Retry after the number of seconds in `Retry-After`.
