# Create a campaign

`POST /campaigns`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.creatorriver.com/api/v1`
- URL: `https://www.creatorriver.com/api/v1/campaigns`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Creates a campaign from a brief: the product, the goal and the creators you want. Free. Campaigns group the creators you contact; pass the campaign id to search_creators to rank results for the brief.

## Request body

  - `brief` string, required: Product, goal and the creators you want
  - `name` string: Campaign name (default: the first line of the brief)
  - `status` 'draft' | 'active' | 'paused' | 'closed': Workflow status (default draft)
