Extract an agency's data out of an old CRM and stage it for review. Two request
shapes depending on source_platform:
  - csv / ocr / vault_ocr: multipart form-data with `source_platform` and a `file`
    field. csv is a script library export; ocr is a screenshot of a script screen;
    vault_ocr is a screenshot of a single vault item's tags/description/price panel.
  - onlymonster: JSON body {"source_platform": "onlymonster", "om_token": "...",
    "om_account_id": optional int, only needed if that OM org has more than one
    account}. Pulls fan spend and chat derived facts straight from the customer's own
    OnlyMonster account with their own token, no upload needed.
Billed once at creation; approving a staged item afterward (POST .../approve) refunds
the fee as credits, because that is the moment the data is adopted into this OF Monitor
account rather than just extracted for use somewhere else.
