`GET /wapo/sections`

## Request

Lists the Washington Post sections accepted by `wapo-headlines`. Each has a path `slug` such as `politics` or `business/technology`, a display `name` and a landing-page `url`. Use it to find valid `section` values. Takes no parameters.
