# Get TripAdvisor reviews

`GET /tripadvisor/reviews`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.crawlora.net/api/v1`
- URL: `https://api.crawlora.net/api/v1/tripadvisor/reviews`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Returns reviews for a TripAdvisor place identified by `id` (location id) or `url`. `limit` defaults to 20 (max 50); `page` is 1-based; `language`, `ratings` (1 to 5) and `sort_by` refine the list. Each review has author, title, text, dates, rating, language, helpful votes, photos and URL. A page beyond `total` returns an empty `reviews` array.

      - `author_url` string: TripAdvisor profile URL of the reviewer.
      - `created_date` string: Date the review was written, for example `2026-05-01`.
      - `date` string: Date the review was published, for example `2026-05-01`.
      - `helpful` integer: Number of helpful votes the review received.
      - `id` string: TripAdvisor review id.
      - `language` string: Language code of the review text returned.
      - `original_language` string: Language code the review was originally written in.
      - `photos` string[]: URLs of photos attached to the review.
      - `rating` number: Rating the reviewer gave, out of 5.
      - `stay_date` string: Date of the reviewer's visit or stay, as TripAdvisor gives it.
      - `text` string: Full text of the review.
      - `title` string: Title the reviewer gave the review.
      - `trip_type` string: Type of trip the reviewer reported, as TripAdvisor labels it.
      - `url` string: TripAdvisor page URL of the review.
    - `total` integer: Total number of reviews matching the filters.
    - `url` string: TripAdvisor page URL of the place the reviews belong to.
