# Search TMDB

`GET /tmdb/search`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.crawlora.net/api/v1`
- URL: `https://api.crawlora.net/api/v1/tmdb/search`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Searches TMDB movies, TV shows, people, and collections. An unscoped query interleaves results across all four types rather than returning whichever type happens to rank first.

    - `has_next_page` boolean: True when more pages of results are available.
    - `page` integer: Page number returned.
    - `query` string: Search text that was run.
    - `results` TmdbSearchResult[]: Search hits on this page, one item per movie, TV show, person or collection.
      - `id` string: TMDB id of the hit. Use it with the matching detail endpoint.
      - `overview` string: Short plot summary or description. Present for movie, TV and collection hits.
      - `release_date` string: Release or first air date as TMDB shows it. Present for movie and TV hits.
      - `title` string: Title of the movie, TV show or collection, or name of the person.
      - `type` string: Kind of hit: `movie`, `tv`, `person` or `collection`.
      - `uri` string: Link to the hit's page on TMDB.
    - `source_url` string: URL the data was read from.
    - `type` string: Result type the search was limited to: `movie`, `tv`, `person` or `collection`. Omitted for a mixed search.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `500`: Internal Server Error
- `503`: Service Unavailable
