# Retrieve Spotify track similar albums

`GET /spotify/track/similar-albums`

## Request

Lists albums similar to a Spotify track, identified by `uri` or `id`. `limit` runs 1 to 50, default 50, and `albums_only` requests albums-only recommendations. Each album has its title, subtitle, publisher, images and Spotify URL. With neither `uri` nor `id`, a known public track is used.

      - `publisher` string: Publisher or creator name of the result.
      - `subtitle` string: Secondary line shown under the title, such as the artist or creator name.
      - `title` string: Result title as Spotify shows it.
      - `type` string: Kind of result as Spotify labels it, for example `Podcast`.
      - `uri` string: Spotify URI of the result.
    - `albumsOnly` boolean: Whether only album recommendations were requested.
    - `limit` integer: Maximum number of albums requested.
    - `meta` SpotifyTrackSimilarAlbumsMeta
      - `appVersion` string: Version of the Spotify web player the data was read from.
      - `count` integer: Number of albums returned.
      - `fetchedAt` string: Time the data was fetched, in UTC (RFC 3339).
      - `operationName` string: Name of the Spotify web player operation that returned the data.
    - `uri` string: Spotify URI of the track the albums are similar to.

- `400`: Missing or invalid parameters
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
- `503`: Spotify upstream request failed
