# SofaScore player detail

`GET /sofascore/player`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.crawlora.net/api/v1`
- URL: `https://api.crawlora.net/api/v1/sofascore/player`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Returns one SofaScore player by numeric `id`: name, short name, position, jersey number, date of birth, height, preferred foot, country, market value and currency, and the current team. `deceased` is `true` for historical players. An unknown or malformed id returns an upstream error.

      - `country` string: Player's country.
      - `date_of_birth` string: Date of birth (RFC 3339).
      - `deceased` boolean: True when the player has died.
      - `height` integer: Height in centimetres.
      - `id` integer: SofaScore player id. Use it with the player endpoints.
      - `jersey_number` string: Shirt number.
      - `market_value` integer: SofaScore's estimated market value, in units of `market_value_currency`. Omitted when unavailable.
      - `market_value_currency` string: Currency of `market_value`, for example EUR.
      - `name` string: Player's full name.
      - `position` string: Position code, for example G, D, M or F.
      - `preferred_foot` string: Preferred foot, for example "Right".
      - `short_name` string: Shortened name, for example "E. Haaland".
      - `slug` string: URL slug of the player on SofaScore.
      - `team` SofascoreTeamRef
        - `country` string: Country the team belongs to.
        - `id` integer: SofaScore team id. Use it with the team endpoints.
        - `name` string: Full team name.
        - `national` boolean: True for a national team.
        - `short_name` string: Shortened team name.
        - `slug` string: URL slug of the team on SofaScore.
    - `source_url` string: SofaScore URL the data was read from.
