# List Shop.app shop reviews

`GET /shop-app/shops/{handle}/reviews`

## Request

Lists customer reviews for a Shop.app merchant, by shop `handle`, up to `limit` (default 20, max 50). Each review has its rating, body, author, date, helpful count and the product reviewed. Also returns `total_count` and `next_cursor`. Unknown shops return not found.

      - `date` string: Date of the review, either an ISO 8601 timestamp such as `2026-01-01T00:00:00Z` or text such as `December 6, 2025`.
      - `helpful_count` integer: Number of shoppers who found the review helpful.
      - `id` string: Shop.app review ID.
      - `product` ShopappReviewProduct
        - `id` string: Shop.app ID of the reviewed product.
        - `image` string: URL of the product image.
        - `image_alt` string: Alt text of the product image.
        - `slug` string: URL slug of the reviewed product.
        - `title` string: Title of the reviewed product.
        - `url` string: Shop.app page URL of the reviewed product.
        - `variant` string: Variant of the product that was reviewed, for example `7 / Brown Woven / Leather`.
      - `rating` number: Rating the reviewer gave.
      - `title` string: Headline of the review.
      - `variant_label` string: Label of the product variant that was reviewed, for example `Black / 12.5 / 4E`.
    - `shop_handle` string: Shop.app handle of the shop.
    - `shop_id` string: Shop.app ID of the shop.
    - `total_count` integer: Total number of reviews the shop has.
