# Insider transactions (Forms 3/4/5)

`GET /sec/insider`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.crawlora.net/api/v1`

- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Returns a company's recent insider transactions from Form 3/4/5 ownership filings (owner, role, security, shares, price). Provide cik or ticker.

    - `cik` integer: Company's SEC Central Index Key (CIK) number.
    - `count` integer: Number of transactions returned.
    - `name` string: Company name as registered with the SEC.
    - `source_url` string: URL the data was read from.
    - `ticker` string: Stock ticker symbol of the company.
    - `transactions` SecInsiderTransaction[]: Insider transactions from recent Form 3, 4 and 5 filings.
      - `accession_number` string: SEC accession number that uniquely identifies the filing.
      - `acquired_or_disposed` string: `A` if the insider acquired the shares, `D` if disposed of them.
      - `code` string
      - `filing_date` string: Date the filing was submitted to the SEC, in YYYY-MM-DD format.
      - `filing_url` string: Link to the filing's index page on sec.gov.
      - `form` string: Ownership form type: `3`, `4`, `5` or an amendment such as `4/A`.
      - `is_director` boolean: Whether the insider is a director of the company.
      - `is_officer` boolean: Whether the insider is an officer of the company.
      - `is_ten_percent_owner` boolean: Whether the insider owns more than 10 percent of the company's shares.
      - `owner_name` string: Name of the insider who filed.
      - `owner_title` string: Insider's job title at the company, as stated on the filing.
      - `price_per_share` number: Price per share in the transaction.
      - `security_title` string: Title of the security traded, such as `Common Stock`.
      - `shares` number: Number of shares in the transaction.
      - `shares_owned_after` number: Number of shares the insider owns after the transaction.
      - `transaction_date` string: Date the transaction took place, in YYYY-MM-DD format.
