# List a company's EDGAR filings

`GET /sec/company/submissions`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.crawlora.net/api/v1`

Returns a company's recent SEC filings (form, dates, primary document URL) filtered by form type and date range, plus company profile fields as reported by EDGAR: entity_type, former_names, exchanges, category, fiscal_year_end, state_of_incorporation. Provide cik or ticker.

    - `category` string: SEC filer category, such as `Large accelerated filer`.
    - `cik` integer: Company's SEC Central Index Key (CIK) number.
    - `cik_padded` string: CIK number padded to 10 digits with a `CIK` prefix, as used in SEC data URLs.
    - `count` integer: Number of filings returned.
    - `entity_type` string: Type of filer, such as `operating`.
    - `exchanges` string[]: Stock exchanges the company is listed on, such as `Nasdaq`.
    - `filings` SecFiling[]: Company's filings, newest first, after applying the form and date filters.
      - `accession_number` string: SEC accession number that uniquely identifies the filing.
      - `description` string: Short description of the main document, as EDGAR lists it.
      - `filing_date` string: Date the filing was submitted to the SEC, in YYYY-MM-DD format.
      - `filing_index_url` string: Link to the filing's index page on sec.gov.
      - `form` string: SEC form type of the filing, such as `10-K`, `10-Q` or `8-K`.
      - `is_xbrl` boolean: Whether the filing includes XBRL financial data.
      - `items` string: Item numbers the filing covers, as EDGAR lists them.
      - `primary_doc_url` string: Link to the filing's main document on sec.gov.
      - `primary_document` string: File name of the filing's main document.
      - `report_date` string: Period end date the filing reports on, in YYYY-MM-DD format.
      - `size` integer: Size of the filing's main document as EDGAR reports it.
    - `fiscal_year_end` string: Last day of the company's fiscal year in MMDD format, such as `0930`.
    - `former_names` string[]: Names the company has previously filed under.
    - `name` string: Company name as registered with the SEC.
    - `sic` string: Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code of the company.
    - `sic_description` string: Text description of the SIC industry code.
    - `source_url` string: URL the data was read from.
    - `state_of_incorporation` string: Code of the state or country where the company is incorporated.
    - `tickers` string[]: Ticker symbols the company trades under.
