# Search Redfin listings

`GET /redfin/search`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.crawlora.net/api/v1`
- URL: `https://api.crawlora.net/api/v1/redfin/search`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Returns Redfin public listing search results. Pass region_id/region_type from autocomplete to skip location resolution.

  - `location` string: Location that was searched, as entered or resolved.
  - `page` integer: Page number returned.
  - `region_id` integer: Redfin region id the search ran against.
  - `region_type` integer: Type of region searched: `1` neighborhood, `2` ZIP code, `5` county or `6` city.
  - `results` RedfinPropertyItem[]: Listings on this page, one item per property.
    - `address` string: Street address of the property.
    - `baths` number: Number of bathrooms.
    - `beds` number: Number of bedrooms.
    - `city` string: City the property is in.
    - `days_on_market` integer: Number of days the home has been on the market.
    - `hoa_monthly` number: Homeowners association fee per month.
    - `image` string: URL of the listing image.
    - `latitude` number: Latitude of the property.
    - `listing_id` string: Redfin listing id of the current listing.
    - `longitude` number: Longitude of the property.
    - `lot_size` number: Size of the lot as Redfin lists it.
    - `mls_number` string: Multiple Listing Service (MLS) number of the listing.
    - `price` number: Listing or sale price in US dollars.
    - `price_per_sqft` number: Price per square foot of living area.
    - `property_id` string: Redfin property id. Use it with the property, estimate and similar endpoints.
    - `property_type` string: Type of property, for example `Condo/Co-op`.
    - `sqft` number: Interior living area in square feet.
    - `state` string: State the property is in.
    - `status` string: Listing status as Redfin shows it, for example `Active`.
    - `url` string: Redfin page URL of the listing.
    - `year_built` integer: Year the home was built.
    - `zip` string: ZIP or postal code of the property.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `429`: Too Many Requests
- `503`: Service Unavailable
