# Get Redfin region market trends

`GET /redfin/region-trends`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.crawlora.net/api/v1`

Returns Redfin's aggregate market trends for a region (median list/sale price, sale-to-list, offers, days on market, inventory, year-over-year). Faithful pass-through of Redfin's public aggregate-trends resource.

  - `avg_days_on_market` string: Average number of days homes in the region spend on the market, as Redfin displays it.
  - `avg_down_payment` string: Average down payment in the region, as Redfin displays it, for example `35.7%`.
  - `avg_num_offers` string: Average number of offers per sold home in the region, as Redfin displays it.
  - `median_list_per_sqft` string: Median listing price per square foot in the region, as Redfin displays it.
  - `median_list_price` string: Median listing price in the region, as Redfin displays it, for example `$1.29M`.
  - `median_sale_per_list` string: Median ratio of sale price to listing price in the region, as Redfin displays it, for example `115.5%`.
  - `median_sale_per_sqft` string: Median sale price per square foot in the region, as Redfin displays it.
  - `median_sale_price` string: Median sale price in the region, as Redfin displays it, for example `$1.76M`.
  - `num_homes_on_market` string: Number of homes currently on the market in the region, as Redfin displays it.
  - `num_homes_sold` string: Number of homes sold in the region, as Redfin displays it.
  - `region_id` integer: Redfin region id the trends are for.
  - `region_type` integer: Type of region: `1` neighborhood, `2` ZIP code, `5` county or `6` city.
  - `yoy_sale_per_sqft` string: Year-over-year change in sale price per square foot, as Redfin displays it, for example `+12.6%`.
  - `yoy_sale_price` string: Year-over-year change in sale price, as Redfin displays it, for example `+14.0%`.
