- URL: `https://api.crawlora.net/api/v1/papajohns/directory`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Returns one level of Papa John's store directory. Omit path for the root country index, then pass a child's path to descend through state, city, and store levels. Each child includes its name, path, URL, store count when available, and whether it is a store leaf. Pass a store child's path to GET /papajohns/store.
