`GET /mlb/statcast-sprint-speed`

## Request

Returns player Sprint Speed rows from the Baseball Savant leaderboard. The source filters season range, position, and minimum competitive runs; team filtering and sorting are applied locally. Use mlb_discovery for every closed value set.
