# Get a Los Angeles Times author profile

`GET /latimes/author`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.crawlora.net/api/v1`
- URL: `https://api.crawlora.net/api/v1/latimes/author`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Returns a Los Angeles Times author profile by `url`, a canonical `https://www.latimes.com/people/<slug>` link; other hosts or paths return a bad-request error. The response has the `name`, `job_title`, `bio`, `email`, `image_url`, `social_accounts` and recent articles with title, URL, summary, publication time and lead image. Accounts the page does not list are absent.
