# Search Google News

`GET /google/news`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.crawlora.net/api/v1`
- URL: `https://api.crawlora.net/api/v1/google/news`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Returns current Google News search results. Pages slice the finite result snapshot; they do not traverse the Google Search index. Results include title, source, publisher article URL, age, and thumbnail when available. Valid no-results searches and exhausted pages return an empty array. Locale defaults to country=us and lang=en. Returns 503 for blocked or malformed upstream responses.

      - `age` string: How long ago the article was published, as Google shows it.
      - `description` string: Article snippet as shown on the Google results page.
      - `position` integer: Rank of the article across all pages for the query, starting at 1.
      - `source` string: Name of the publication, for example `Example News`.
      - `thumbnail` string: URL of the article thumbnail.
      - `title` string: Article headline as shown on the Google results page.
      - `url` string: URL of the news article.

## Other responses

- `400`: Missing or invalid query parameters
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
- `500`: Internal server error
- `503`: Google upstream request failed
