# CoinGecko chains

`GET /coingecko/chains`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.crawlora.net/api/v1`

Lists blockchains from CoinGecko's chains table, up to `limit` rows (default and max 100), in the `vs_currency` you pick. Each chain has its rank, id, name, URL, logo, top gainers, 24h, 7d and 30d changes, 24h volume, TVL, dominance percent and coin count, where shown.

      - `dominance_percent` number: Dominance of the chain in percent, as shown in the chains table.
      - `id` string: CoinGecko chain id. Use it with the chain endpoint.
      - `image_url` string: URL of the chain logo.
      - `name` string: Name of the chain.
      - `rank` integer: Position of the chain in the chains table.
      - `top_gainers` string[]: Names of the best-performing coins on the chain.
      - `tvl` number: Total value locked on the chain.
      - `url` string: Link to the chain page on CoinGecko.
      - `volume_24h` number: Trading volume on the chain over the last 24 hours.
    - `fetched_at` string: Time the data was fetched, in UTC (RFC 3339).
    - `limit` integer: Maximum number of chains returned.
    - `source_url` string: URL the data was read from.
    - `vs_currency` string: Currency code from the request's vs_currency parameter.
