# Search Brave image results

`GET /brave/images`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.crawlora.net/api/v1`
- URL: `https://api.crawlora.net/api/v1/brave/images`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Returns Brave image search results for a query string. Locale defaults to country=us and lang=en-us. Returns 503 when Brave serves a challenge page or unusable results.

      - `position` integer: Rank of the image across all result pages, starting at 1.
      - `source` string: Site the image comes from, for example `area17.com`.
      - `thumbnail` string: URL of the image thumbnail served by Brave.
      - `title` string: Image title as shown on the Brave results page.
      - `url` string: URL of the page the image appears on.
      - `width` integer: Image width as Brave reports it.

## Other responses

- `400`: Missing or invalid query
- `404`: No results found
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
- `500`: Internal server error
- `503`: Brave upstream request failed
