Returns Best Buy's physical store locations in one city (name, address, phone, coordinates, rating, hours), sourced from Best Buy's own SEO store directory. state is one of the 50 US state codes plus dc and pr: `al`, `ak`, `az`, `ar`, `ca`, `co`, `ct`, `de`, `dc`, `fl`, `ga`, `hi`, `id`, `il`, `in`, `ia`, `ks`, `ky`, `la`, `me`, `md`, `ma`, `mi`, `mn`, `ms`, `mo`, `mt`, `ne`, `nv`, `nh`, `nj`, `nm`, `ny`, `nc`, `nd`, `oh`, `ok`, `or`, `pa`, `pr`, `ri`, `sc`, `sd`, `tn`, `tx`, `ut`, `vt`, `va`, `wa`, `wv`, `wi`, `wy`. city is free text matched case-insensitively against that state's own directory (e.g. "Chicago").
