# Run Spider

`POST /spiders/{id}/run`

Run a task for the given spider

## Path parameters

- `id` string, objectid, required — Spider ID

## Request body

- RunSpiderInput
  - `cmd` string — Command
  - `mode` 'random' | 'all-nodes' | 'selected-nodes' | 'selected-node-groups' — Run mode: random,all-nodes,selected-nodes,selected-node-groups
  - `node_group_ids` string[] — Node group IDs, used in selected-node-groups mode
  - `node_ids` string[] — Node IDs, used in selected-nodes mode
  - `param` string — Parameters
  - `priority` integer — Priority
  - `schedule_id` string, objectid — Schedule ID
