`POST /api/v1/nl/retry/{retry_token}`

Retry a previously failed parse using a retry token.
Does NOT count against daily credits — the user already 'spent' their attempt.

- NLParseResponse: Response from NL parsing.
  - `strategy_json` object, required
  - `explanation` string, required
  - `confidence` number, required
  - `formalizable_percentage` number, nullable: Percentage of conditions that were legally formalizable (0-100)
  - `parse_status` string, nullable: Parse status: 'full', 'partial', or 'failed'
  - `unparseable_concepts` string[], nullable: Concepts detected in input that could not be formalized
  - `assumptions` string[], nullable: Interpretive decisions made by the parser (shown to user in report)
  - `debug` object, nullable: Debug info (only present if debug=True in request)
