Log a feature request with minimal friction.

- Captures revealed preference (what users actually want)
- Soft rate-limiting: first vote per session = primary, subsequent = secondary
- Optional email for notification when feature ships

## Request body

- FeatureRequestCreate: Request to log a feature request (low-friction).
  - `feature` string, required
  - `sessionId` string, nullable
  - `context` string, nullable: Where the request originated: 'timeframe_selector', 'strategy_parse_detected', 'pricing_page'
  - `email` string, nullable
  - `detectedText` string, nullable: Strategy text snippet if detected from input
