- `id` string, required: A permanent id (cq-c0412), a current or earlier slug, or a craftquantities.com address.

- `kind` 'calculator' | 'takeoff' | 'guide' | 'example' | 'term' | 'diagnosis': Only pages of this kind.
- `detail` 'full' | 'summary': full (the default): the whole answer. summary: the result lines, the citation line and the page only — fewer tokens to read.
