# Remove a member from the workspace

`DELETE /members/{userId}`

## Request

Admin/owner only. Revokes membership and closes the member's open SSE streams.

- `401`: Missing or invalid token
- `403`: Caller isn't a workspace owner/admin
- `404`: Resource doesn't exist or caller isn't a member of its workspace
