# Confirm a pending case-alert signup

`POST /api/subscribe/confirm`

## Request

Exchanges the single-use token from the confirmation email for an active subscription. Idempotent: a token that has already been used returns success with alreadyConfirmed=true rather than an error, because mail clients and users both re-open links.
