# Live case summary by id

`GET /api/case-summary`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.courtdelta.com`
- URL: `https://app.courtdelta.com/api/case-summary`
- Auth: one of:
  - none
  - API key in cookie `attorney_session`

Returns live case data (charges, hearings, parties, financial, bond) for a Court Delta case id. Anonymous for records created by public subscribers. Records owned by an attorney account require a browser session and return 401 — an agent cannot satisfy that check.

- `id` string, uuid, required

- `401`: Authentication required — this record belongs to an attorney account. Not satisfiable programmatically; treat it as 'this record is private'.
