# Get MITRE ATT&CK technique labels

`GET /api/mitre/technique-labels`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.cotool.ai`
- URL: `https://app.cotool.ai/api/mitre/technique-labels`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Display labels for every technique ID in the MITRE ATT&CK version the platform currently serves

## Response `200`

Successful response

- object
  - `attackVersion` string, required: MITRE ATT&CK Enterprise content version the labels come from (e.g. 19.2)
  - `labels` object, required: Label by technique ID; subtechniques read "Parent: Child", retired IDs end with " (retired)"

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request — input validation failed or the request was malformed
- `401`: Unauthorized — missing or invalid API key / session
- `403`: Forbidden — the authenticated user lacks the required permissions
- `500`: Internal server error
