`GET /api/hunt/alert-creation-settings`

Get the organization-wide minimum exposure band and compromise-signal override used to create or reopen Hunt Alerts.

  - `minimumExposureBand` 'medium' | 'high' | 'critical', required: Minimum exposure band that creates or reopens a Hunt Alert.
  - `alertOnCompromiseBelowThreshold` boolean, required: Whether a live compromise signal creates or reopens a Hunt Alert below the minimum exposure band.
