# Reject an alert feedback question

`POST /api/alerts/feedback-questions/{questionId}/reject`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.cotool.ai`
- URL: `https://app.cotool.ai/api/alerts/feedback-questions/{questionId}/reject`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Mark a question as not true, under either disposition. It is no longer asked on Home, and the explanation generator is told not to offer it again. The alerts stay escalated.

## Path parameters

- `questionId` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- object
  - `note` string: What is true instead, stored with the rejection

## Response `200`

Successful response

- object
  - `rejected` boolean, required: False when the question was already marked as not true

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request — input validation failed or the request was malformed
- `401`: Unauthorized — missing or invalid API key / session
- `403`: Forbidden — the authenticated user lacks the required permissions
- `404`: There is no such question.
- `500`: Internal server error
