`PATCH /v1/notifications/preferences`

Partial merge of the preferences. Requires the cortex.write scope.

  - `categories` object: Per category ({memory, finance, capture, account}) channel switches.
  - `digest` object
    - `enabled` boolean
    - `time` string
  - `quietHours` object
    - `enabled` boolean
    - `start` string
    - `end` string
  - `preview` 'title' | 'full': title keeps the memory content off the lock screen.
