# Update the current account profile.

`PATCH /v1/auth/me`

Update the account display name and/or language, timezone, geolocation and health agent access settings.

## Request body

  - `settings` object
    - `language` 'pt-BR' | 'en' | 'es'
    - `timezone` string
    - `geolocation` boolean: Record location sent with memory captures.
    - `healthAgentAccess` boolean: Share health (`saude`) memories with AI assistants using API keys (MCP and integrations).
    - `birthDate` string, date, nullable: Birth date used for nutrition intake ranges; `null` clears it.
    - `sex` 'male' | 'female' | 'null', nullable: Biological sex used for nutrition intake ranges; `null` clears it.
    - `activityLevel` 'sedentary' | 'light' | 'moderate' | 'active' | 'null', nullable: Physical activity level used for the estimated energy requirement.
