# List team member roles

`GET /api/v1/team-roles`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Retrieve all team member role definitions configured for the organization. These are the roles that can be assigned to members of a team (e.g. "Security Champion", "Tech Lead"), not Cortex user roles or permissions.

Object containing a page of team member roles

- TeamRolesResponse
  - `page` integer, required: Current page number, 0-indexed
  - `roles` TeamRoleResponse[], required: Team member roles for the current page
    - `description` string: Optional description of the team member role
    - `name` string, required: Display name of the team member role
    - `notificationsEnabled` boolean, required: Whether notifications are enabled by default for members assigned this role
    - `tag` string, required: Unique tag identifying the team member role
  - `total` integer, required: Total number of results
  - `totalPages` integer, required: Total number of pages

## Other responses

- `429`: The client has exceeded the rate limit by performing too many requests in a short period. Retry the request after a delay.
