# Search YouTube videos

`GET /api/v1/youtube/search`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://localhost:3000`
- URL: `https://localhost:3000/api/v1/youtube/search`
- Auth: OAuth 2 (authorization code, authorization URL `/oauth/authorize`, token URL `/oauth/token`)

Search for YouTube videos by keyword. Supports sorting by relevance, date, view count, or rating. Can optionally restrict to a specific channel. Use when user asks 'find YouTube videos about X', 'search YouTube for Y'. **NOTE:** Uses Google OAuth — if not authenticated, user must sign in with Google first.
