# Create a diligence task

`POST /rooms/{id}/checklist`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://dataroom.corgi.com/api/v1`
- URL: `https://dataroom.corgi.com/api/v1/rooms/{id}/checklist`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Adds a checklist task. `agreementId` turns it into a "sign this agreement" task. Folder/attachment/agreement ids are re-validated server-side (bad ids are dropped). Rejected with 409 when the room is frozen. Scope: `datarooms:write`.
