# Upload a document

`POST /documents`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://dataroom.corgi.com/api/v1`
- URL: `https://dataroom.corgi.com/api/v1/documents`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Send `multipart/form-data` (`file`, `name?`, `folderId?`) or JSON `{ name, contentBase64, contentType?, folderId? }`. Max 100 MB. Requires a `Content-Length` header. Scope: `documents:write`.

- `411`: Content-Length required
