# What a periodic supervision report reads from the data

`GET /api/supervision-meetings/report-prefill`

The expert's active patients, the ones in abbandono and da riprenotare to pick for the case analysis, family colloqui held, discordant multidisciplinary reports and the cassetta usage, over their whole history. Non-admin: only for experts they supervise.

## Query parameters

- `operator_id` string, uuid, required: Supervised operator UUID

Successful Response

- SupervisionReportPrefillResponse: What a periodic report reads from the data instead of asking the supervisor. Over the expert's whole history: patients as Analitiche classifies them today, family colloqui and discordant multidisciplinary reports ever, the cassetta as its live snapshot.
  - `active_patients` integer, required: Assigned patients still continuing (attivo, da riprenotare, monitoraggio, follow-up, rischio abbandono), as Analitiche counts them
  - `dropout_patients` SupervisionReportPatient[]: Assigned patients in abbandono
    - `patient_id` string, required

  - `to_rebook_patients` SupervisionReportPatient[]: Assigned patients in da riprenotare
    - `patient_id` string, required

  - `family_sessions` integer, required: Colloqui held (FATTO) with the patient's family members
  - `discordant_reports` integer, required: Multidisciplinary reports whose two halves disagree on at least one answer
  - `toolbox_percent` integer, nullable: Share of the expert's current patients with material in their kit, as in Analitiche; null without patients or when the storage cannot be read
